Let’s get Typical
(Don’t transcend it
Manufacture the despair
Here it goes
Let’s be sheep, who needs rare)
My heartbreak at 18- A Poem
I once loved a man who said he loved me
But he broke my heart and hung it from a tree
It dangled there all day and night
While I cared for him
With all my might
One day while walking
I saw the tree
Where my heart dangled
Bloody, weary but free
(Heart speaks )
Yes free dear Curio
Of the aches and pains
I live uncluttered among the rains
While you worship a man who has no heart
Don’t worry Curio
You both are well- matched
(Author’s note- When I say they are well matched it is because neither has a heart, anatomically speaking. The man is heartless and curio’s is swinging from a tree)
